Thoughts
It's amazing how much progress we have had for LGBTQ+ rights, even if there's a long way to go. When I was Jason Taylor's age in England, there were still some homophobic incidents, but it was by and large accepting, we had a pride party, and in true stupid tweenage fashion, two of the kids tried to copy a dip move in a dance they had seen in a queer cartoon, and they split their pants.
Tweens will never not have misadventures, but a lot has changed over forty years, and I'm grateful (but not grateful enough) for that.
